Lovely daffodils, I am anxious to see mine sprouting out. We still need the snow to melt away in places.
Marsha-You're right! When these pop up around here, spring is not far behind! I call them daffodils, but some people (my grandmother) call them jonquils. Beautiful pictures!
Beautiful daffodils.
I have called them both - Probably more often buttercups. What I say, I am from the South. :-)
Daffodils. And the little---whatever you call them--the last picture with the text, is marvelous. Love your creativity!
Daffodils!
I have some coming up in the yard and it's such a beautiful sight!
Beautiful photos, and I can't wait for our daffodils to be in bloom!
Kat :)
Daffodils I never knew they were called buttercups. But they scream spring! Bella
What a lovely and artistic post....beautiful!
BTW, we call them daffodils.
Those are beautiful daffodils! In England we had tiny little flowers we called buttercups and you would hold it to your chin and it would make a yellow glow.
I call then daffodils and they are one of my favorite flowers. I just love the way you have photographed them. Nice to see that spring is on its way over there!
Best wishes and happy weekend,
Natasha.
Daffodils or jonquils! Whatever the name they are beautiful. ;) Nancy
I love daffodils, Marsha! They always say Spring to me. Thank you for sharing.
Blessings,
Sandi
Daffodils or Jonquils. Either, or, both...lovely and I agree...a welcomed sign that Spring has sprung!
Beautiful. Mine are coming up. I can't wait to see them bloom.
Daffodils are a favorite of mine. Lily of the Valley too.
