Thanks to Susan at http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/ for hosting Metamorphosis Monday so I can share this with you. As you can see, this plain jane spare bedroom needed a warm-up. Since cash was short, we cut corners where we could borrowing items from other rooms and creating window treatments from scraps. That's right! The window treatments are made from burlap scraps tied with ribbon at the corners. Quite a change for an afternoon's work, don't you think?

Hi Marsha. Your room is just beautiful. There is a remarkable difference. WOW! I know you are enjoying this. Don't you just want to stand at the doorway and stare a little while?? I love your snipits from the Word. Have a blessed day!
Very pretty. Isn't it amazing that sometimes all it takes is the motivation to change up a few things to make a room fresh again. I especially like the quilt at the foot of the bed and the wicker chairs. They look aqua on my screen, or is it white. Very pretty either way.
