On such a crisp sunny day in Tennessee…
what better way to spend your time
than go for a walk
through the autumn leaves?
Want you come and join us?
It’s our version of…
“trick or treat”.
You see, children “trick or treat” by gathering candy.
Those of us that blog, “trick or treat” by gathering
“eye candy”!
We have the most beautiful historic homes in our little town.
Let’s see how they decorate their porches for Fall.
Don’t you love the red door?!
Isn’t this a sweet little cottage in the backyard of a larger home?
Now they have the Halloween spirit!
Love this door too and the wreath hung below the window.
That window is way too beautiful to hide!
hmmm… don’t know if the shoes fit,
but the porch sure does!
Love to sit here a while and watch life pass by.
Notice the oval window around the door.
How unique!
Do you have a favorite?

What a beautiful town you live in. I love all the pretty porches. Autumn looks just beautiful there.
I've been wanting to do this - but wasn't sure if you had to knock on a door and ask to take a photo? Or just click it and run :)
Thanks for the walk thru your neighborhood. Yes - There is definitely a lot of eye candy there. Thanks for sharing it all with us.
Each shot is prettier than the one before! Isn't fall a gorgeous time of year?!

Janie

The one with the Wizard of Oz characters is just too cute. They are all darling. The first one is classic. hugs♥olive

I love this walk with you to view the "eye candy" and yes, it certainly was eye candy to me. I love them all but the beautiful door with the wreath hung below the window was my favorite.
